Professional photographer sharing tips and tutorials to help you learn photo editing. From beginner to advanced, I've got you covered. Hi, my name is Anthony Turnham and I've worked as a successful professional photographer for over 15 years. I've always had a passion for teaching and sharing my knowledge. Although I'm still active as a full-time photographer this channel gives me the opportunity to help educate others and help them grow too. Why do I share my knowledge for free? I love teaching and feel that a rising tide raises everyone's ship! Or in other words, let's all share information, let's learn and improve together, and everyone wins. Thank you for stopping by. I hope you'll join me on this journey :)

In this beginner's guide to HDR photography tutorial, I'm using the excellent Aurora, but the HDR software's engine has now been integrated into Luminar as part of that photo editing program. You can check it out here https://skylum.evyy.net/c/1304886/3326669/3255 (help yourself to a discount with code ATNEO10 if you like the look of it) In this tutorial I explain what HDR is, why you should use it, how to capture the HDR photo series, and how to process it to achieve realistic and natural results. The Aurora HDR software isn't available anymore but its HDR engine is included in the subscription of https://bit.ly/Luminar-NEO (ATNEO gives a discount on the subscription) All the concepts of the video of how to create HDR images are still relevant. Essentially HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography is the act of photographing a high contrast scene with a range of exposures and then combining those photographs into one image that contains the full range of brightness values. When done well, this results in a photo that better resembles what we saw with our own eyes when we captured the shot. HDR has justifiably had a bad rap due to some photographer's heavy-handed approach. But in this video, I show how a beginner HDR photographer can quickly achieve realistic effects with ease. ------------------------------------------------------ HDR software: http://bit.ly/2TfoisF_HDR Links for Video Making: My favourite music library, Sonata: https://bit.ly/3dyEsYv Tourbox for amazing efficiency: https://bit.ly/39TdQ1S (discount code: TB20210408XXL08) π€ Rode NT-USB: https://amzn.to/331DAGw π· Nikon D850: https://amzn.to/3j3fQan π· Lens: https://amzn.to/2RZzV5M π₯οΈ Monitor: https://amzn.to/346A64E π₯ Coloured Lights: https://amzn.to/2RXBuRA π₯ Hub to control the lights: https://amzn.to/367y0nF π‘ Salt Lamp: https://amzn.to/364xiHQ My Camera Equipment: π· Camera: https://amzn.to/3j3fQan π· My Wide Angle Lens: https://amzn.to/3j9I1Vb (used for 90% of my architectural work) π· Nifty fifty: https://amzn.to/3ifmY2t π· Mid-range zoom: https://amzn.to/33Xltkc π· Telephoto Lens: https://amzn.to/3cBAyMo π· Tripod Head for architecture: https://amzn.to/30cbJBq These are affiliate links to the equipment I use - they are not sponsored by the manufacturer in any way.
