Season 2, Episode 1: The contestants had forty five minutes to create their Signature dishes. Season 2, Episode 2: For the team challenge, both teams were required to cut as many ten-ounce steaks as th in ten minutes. Season 2, Episode 3: For the team challenge, both teams had to cook 3 dishes in 20 minutes, with one chef in the kitchen at a time, when they switch, the chef would only have 15 seconds to relay what has been cooked and what needs to be cooked. Season 2, Episode 4: For the team challenge, both teams had to cook lunch for a group of children. The winning team won a trip to an amusement park while the losing team cleaned up the dining room. Season 2, Episode 5: For the team challenge, Ramsay tested their palates with a blind taste test. The wining team posed with Ramsay at a photo shoot for TV Guide, while the losing team cleaned the kitchen for the following service. Season 2, Episode 6: For the team challenge, after buying their ingredients for a three-course meal at the Grand Central Market, the winning team went out with Ramsey for the night on the town, while the losing team endured delivery day. Season 2, Episode 7: The remaining chefs are combined into one team and given twenty minutes to cook a dish for Ramsay. Season 2, Episode 8: For the individual challenge, each chef served construction workers and the winner that received the most votes wouldn't be eliminated in the next service and a shopping spree at Sur La Table, while the losers had to remove meat from crabs. Season 2, Episode 9: The two finalists created their own menus for their final dinner service and remodeled the Hell's Kitchen restaurant to their own preferences.
