My Updated Model Morning Routine | The First Thing I Do Right Out Of Bed, What I Put Into My Body To Start My Day, My Favorite Morning Workout, & Showing You My Entire Morning Skincare/Selfcare Routine Step By Step | Sanne Vloet Hey Guys, Anyone here remember my first morning routine? Did you like it? Anyway I wanted to update my morning routine since a lot has changed in a year including my skincare and self-care! Quick question, are you a morning person like me or an evening person? If you’re like me you wake up in the morning with more energy and by the end of the day you are tired and ready for bed. My best mornings always start with a consistent routine that helps me start my day on the right foot! How do you like to start your morning and I hope part of your routine is a big glass of WATER! Don’t forget always stay hydrated! Being a model makes every morning of the week look different. Call times are never the same, but usually always really early, castings & meetings are scheduled on the same day, but when I get lucky I get to work at home in the morning before having to run into New York City for everything on my calendar! So I try to keep things balanced, healthy, and simple so if you guys see anything you do or have thought about leave me a comment so we can talk about it together! A big part of my morning is Pilates or another energizing workout I can do in Williamsburg, Brooklyn so I can stay close to home! Pilates is something that has helped my body and mind so much! Stretching and strengthening your muscles while focusing on your breath helps me start my day in the right headspace and even helps my anxiety and muscle tension especially in my shoulders. Slow intense exercises work all the muscles even the deeper ones that we don’t always think about. When is the first official day of summer and what are you planning? I am trying to get to Asia with Max and a few friends in July. The countries I’m looking to visit are Japan, Korea, & maybe China if I have time so let me know what you think!
