For the first-ever video on this channel, I’m taking my Cirrus SR22 on a massive cross-country trek from the cold coast of Maine all the way down to Florida. This wasn't just a pleasure flight—it was a mission to get the plane down to Florida for the winter. Since this is video #1, I’m also diving into the "why" behind all of this and exactly how I landed in the cockpit of this SR22. The plan was a quick pitstop at Brandywine (OQN) in Pennsylvania for some minor maintenance. While pulling the wheel fairings, I found a brake issue that was a heartbeat away from a total failure.
