Salam Alaikum & Hello! My name's Tariq and I run Hikma History, dedicated to exploring the rich History of the Islamic World. If you want to learn about Islamic civilisation's incredible past from a non-religious perspective, this is the channel for you! The Ottomans were once one of the mightiest empires. But by the 19th century, imperial decay had set in and they became known as 'The Sick Man of Europe'.
