Setup a Static IP Address with Netplan on Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS or other Linux distros. Netplan has started using Routes instead of Gateway4. This can be used with any other Linux Distro that uses Netplan. By default Ubuntu and most Linux distributions will assign an IP Address dynamically using a DHCP Server.
