This reminds me of my childhood and school time. We used to have a shop right off my school, it was a small bakery (alimentari or forno at the time) where they used to sell these awesome little pizzette rosse - pizza in red sauce. I still miss it, so I tried to replicate it and, I got extremely close. Let's bake it together.
