He has taught art to adult learners at many local colleges and education centres and continues to run his own weekly classes and workshops. He is involved in the local art scene often judging art shows and exhibitions in and around Sussex. "One of the greatest privileges for me in teaching art, is to watch learners' individual styles develop and see the thrill they get from mastering new techniques". Paul's ethos on teaching, is that students learn better when working in a happy and relaxed atmosphere, so all his classes are open and fun, with a great emphasis on all artistic techniques being demonstrated.
