We show you how to remove broken exhaust manifold bolts the easy way. Using a couple of our GM LS heads, we quickly find one of the heads with two broken exhaust manifold bolts. This is not uncommon on these heads and many others as well. Typically, these bolts also break below the surface which means it's impossible to just use vice grips. Using our welder, we quickly weld a nut onto the broken stud and easily remove it.
