TRANSCRIPT: We got an email from Afghanistan, and I'd like to read it to you just to let you know what's happening everywhere, and it's not just Afghanistan. I live in Afghanistan. I am a girl. I want to study, I want to improve, but it's not possible in our country. Please help me. Please. It's stuff like this that breaks my heart. So, women, band together, whatever country you're in, lift up this little girl, lift up everyone. Ha-ha, Super Ronnie coming at you, do-do-do-do-do-do. Now why am I Super Ronnie? Ladies, I'm here to empower you and empower myself. Today's lesson is all about, ba-ba-ba-bom, empowering women. And it really made me angry when I was researching about this lesson, because... Not that everything makes me angry these days. We still have a lot of inequality around the world with men and women. I don't care what country you live in, doesn't matter, I'm not picking out countries here, the amount of inequality between men and women is astonishing. That means it's really bad. Men and women are still not paid equally for the same f—ing job they're doing. Hello? So, instead of b—ing about it and complaining about it, let's change it. Super Ronnie's here to help you. How to do it? Okay. First of all, let's take you on a little mind journey. Okay? I want you to have a look at this riddle on the board. I'll read it to you. Now, you think about this. Okay? A father and a son were in a car crash. They went to the hospital. They were rushed to the hospital, it was a pretty bad accident. And the doctor said, "I cannot operate on this patient. He is my son." So, this is the thing, you have to figure out how is this... How is this even a riddle? What are you talking about, Ronnie? Father and son, driving car, crash. Doctor said, "Nope, son." Why? I'm going to give you 100 points if you said that the doctor's a woman, and I'm going to give you 42 points if you said that the father and the doctor were in a gay marriage, because you can do whatever you want nowadays. So, this is a very old riddle, but the thing about it is... And this is my challenge to you. Did you just think, "Oh my god, well, it's a father driving, and then a boy, and the doctor's obviously a man"? Oh, it's an impossible conundrum, but it's not, because, hey, guess what? Doctors can be women, and women can be doctors. Not doctoresses, but just doctors. So, empowering women starts with changing ideas. And I don't think it's going to happen in my generation, unfortunately. We have made some progress, but it's not even what it should be. So, how do you empower women? Start with yourself. Are you a woman? Do you want to be a woman? Are you transitioning to a woman? Whatever, I don't care. I do care. I think it's great. But what I'm saying to you is it starts with you. You have to think... Look at me. I'm a woman. My women bits. I'm amazing. I can do anything. Don't compare yourself with other men. Don't compare yourself with other women. And this is one thing that really pisses me off, and it happens all the time, and it's even women-to-women, or woman-to-woman. Other women will look at another lady and go, "Oh my god. Like, what's wrong with her hair? Like, what is she wearing? Hey, dude, relax. Stop judging other women based on what they're wearing, how their nails are, what their makeup's like, what their hair's like. Who cares? Are they good people?" That's what you should be focusing on. So, putting other women down is something that must stop, especially amongst us, us ladies, ladies of the night. So, I'm not even talking about the men view of women; I'm talking about our own view of women. […]
