How US pressure on Ukraine to accept deal has shaped Zelenskyy's talks with European leaders
Description
A revised peace plan for Ukraine will soon be on its way to the US for consideration. That is what Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said late on Monday after talks with allies in London. The London meeting also included leaders of Germany and France in an effort to show unity and support. German Chancellor Merz expressed skepticism about some of the details in the latest peace proposal by the US. Late on Monday Zelenskyy left London for Brussels, where he met for closed door talks with NATO chief Mark Rutte, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, and European Council President Antonio Costa. #ukrainerussiawar #peaceproposal #trumppeaceplan For more news go to: http://www.dw.com/en/ Follow DW on social media: ►Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/dwnews ►TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@dwnews ►Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/deutschewellenews/ ►Twitter: https://twitter.com/dwnews Für Videos in deutscher Sprache besuchen Sie: https://www.youtube.com/dwdeutsch Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/user/deutschewelleenglish?sub_confirmation=1
