Designed specifically for a family with two teenagers, the layout includes: Main Floor Master Bedroom: A private sanctuary for parents with full-size wardrobes and stargazing windows. Dual Teen Lofts: Separate 8x10 ft spaces for Merritt and Morgan, customized for their height and storage needs. Full Kitchen: Optimized for scratch cooking with induction cooktops, butcher block shelving, and ample counter space. Modern Amenities: A full-size bathroom with a 48-inch shower, flush toilet, and dedicated laundry area. Off-Grid Ready and Energy Efficient Sustainability was a core goal for this build. The home is 100% electric, making it perfect for future solar integration. Power Backup Solutions: Being in a windy valley means frequent power outages. This video features the Jackery Essential Home Backup System.
