From flaming fire flakes, to Aang's favorite fruit pie, to Aunt Wu's tofu puffs, and even a secret cabbage cookie recipe from the cabbage merchant, I challenged myself to only make and eat some of Avatar: The Last Airbender's most iconic foods for 24 hours. Water, Earth, Fire, Air... at least one from each nation! I spent the last two weeks doing research and prep, so I could try and make a version of each dish that's as in-universally accurate as possible - did we know that each nation's cuisine is inspired by a real life counterpart?!
