Instead of planning out Bogor hidden gems or traveling to Bogor’s tourist spots, I took the public transportation. I’ve seen angkots around Indonesia before, but never rode in one. But in this episode, I took a number of random angkots around the city with no plan and no idea where they were going. I do make it to some cool places like Chinatown Bogor (Jalan Suryakencana), Seameo Biotrop, Bogor Station, and Botani Square. I also tried Soto Mie Bogor, Bolen Bakar, and Bogor coffee from Sukamakmur. I hope you enjoy this one. It was a fun Indonesia adventure! For Bogor locals, angkots are simply part of everyday life. For visitors, they’re one of the best ways to feel the human heartbeat of the city.
