Kia gave me the PV5 Passenger for 24 hours, so I put it through a proper real‑world test: errands, parts runs, comfort checks, and then — the fun bit — turning it into a camper. With the rear seats folded flat, we built a simple bed platform using basic materials, and for less than £100 we created what might be the first Kia PV5 camper conversion in the UK. Any mattress will work — in our case we used one we already had — but the magic is in the platform itself. And because the PV5 already includes: • a built‑in night‑time heater • a 3.5kW inverter • enough space for a double bed …it’s basically a drive‑away camper straight from the factory.
