Impossible Restoration! Rusty Antique Screw Removal Tool Restoration In this video, I take on the challenge of restoring a heavily damaged Screw Removal Tool that I purchased at a flea market. When I found it, the tool was in terrible condition—it was completely unusable, and the nose (where the pin is placed) was severely damaged. The restoration began by disassembling all the parts of the tool. I cleaned each piece thoroughly with a wire brush to remove grime and rust. The head of the Screw Removal Tool was carefully repaired and repainted to restore its original look. I also removed casting marks from the main components, smoothed their surfaces, and gave them a fresh coat of paint. To improve the tool, I made some modifications. The original tail was small, so I crafted a larger one, and since the tool was missing a lock, I designed and added a new lock myself. Once all the parts were repaired and enhanced, I reassembled the tool, making it fully functional again! Details and Tools Used: I’ve documented every step of the process in this video.
