Located near St Andrews and known for its beaches and golf, the home perfectly balances relaxed coastal living with thoughtful, design-led interiors. Inside, Tess has embraced colour, pattern, and texture throughout, creating spaces that feel both playful and sophisticated. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area sits at the heart of the home, featuring a striking green shaker kitchen, bold accents of Charlotte’s Lock orange, and a large central island designed for socialising. A bespoke 20-seat dining table anchors the space, while layered lighting, rich textures, and custom joinery add depth and warmth. Throughout the home, every room has its own identity, from cosy, cocooning snugs to light-filled entertaining spaces that open out onto views of the golf course and coastline.
