Despite this, most of his story takes place behind the scenes, in the alternate realm known as The Further. This evil entity has similarities to many other horrific creatures like Darth Maul, Pennywise, Freddy Krueger and Satan. Conceptualized by James and Wan Leigh Whannel and played by composer / creature actor Joseph Bishara, Red Face represents one of the most feared demons in both Insidious lore and in real life. In this video, I'll be analyzing everything we know about The Red Face Demon, from its possible origin, to its attachment to psychic medium Elise Rainier, to its haunting of the Lambert family and finally, and finally it's last known target: Allison.
