So, the most effective treatments utilize prostaglandins to directly increase or prolong the growth phase of your eyelashes. And, ingredients like Bimataprost: Grade A evidence, Latanaprost: Grade B evidence, and Isopropyl cloprostenate Grade all work in some way towards that goal. Peptides might improve Keratin production, strengthen hair, stimulate cell growth, and stimulate growth factors. This may increase eyelash volume, thickness, and curl, but there is not much evidence.
