In the latest episode of “Office Hours,” Anna Vincenzi, assistant professor of modern European history, discusses evolving Italian attitudes towards the American Revolution. Vincenzi explains that Italians initially viewed the American Revolution not as a high-minded or revolutionary event, but as a British civil war. That all changed after the French Revolution.
