Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson, and her partner Zion Foster, introduce us to their baby girls, Ocean Jade and Story Monroe, who were born prematurely at 31 weeks and 5 days, on 15th May. Jesy wants to raise awareness of TTTS, Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome which she was diagnosed with during the pregnancy and resulted in Jesy being hospitalised. Dr Ruwan Wimalasundera who treated Jesy during her pregnancy also joins us to discuss.
