Tibetan singing bowls are unique. They don’t always fit into a standard musical scale. Their beauty lies in their rich overtones, which can sometimes sound dissonant, just like sounds in nature. In this recording, I’ve gently brought out some of those layered overtones to create a deep, emotional texture while still keeping the fundamental tones in harmony. The deeper bowls were placed closer to the microphones so you can truly feel their low vibrations. These tones help calm your nervous system, support vagus nerve activation, and guide you into a space of peace. I saw a comment from someone saying that moving your body or getting some exercise helps more than anything and I completely agree. These sounds can support you, but real movement makes a big difference. Even a 15-30 minute walk around your home can help clear your mind and lift your mood. Many of us do so much for others - family, friends, even peta - but forget to care for ourselves. So today, try to give a little of that care back to yourself too.
