Today we are taking at look at Chrysler's 5.7L Hemi V8 engine with a major focus on the differences between the older and newer versions. The original was introduced in the Dodge Ram trucks in 2003, and by 2009 there was a revised 'Eagle' Hemi motor instead. This engine has become a Mopar fan favorite over the past decade, found in performance-based vehicles like the Dodge Charger and Challenger R/T, Chrysler 300C, Durango R/T, and Jeep Grand Cherokee.
