Video Description

If you’re looking for a peaceful vlog to slow down, unwind, and find inspiration for a cosy recipe, you’re in the right place. Sit back, put the kettle on – or make yourself a coffee ☕ – and join me in today’s slow living family vlog from the British countryside. We begin by baking English rolls – my lighter, dairy-free twist on the traditional Chelsea buns. While kneading the dough, I share precious moments with my eldest son before seeing him off at the airport. Once home, we enjoy the freshly baked rolls with a comforting cup of tea. The next morning starts with breakfast with my son before he leaves for university, followed by a gentle countryside walk with Alma. After work, my husband and I prepare a simple autumn dinner and enjoy it together – a perfect end to a day of slow, mindful living. If you enjoyed this video, let us know your favourite moment in the comments, give us a like, share it with someone who might enjoy the calm — and don’t forget to subscribe and click the bell so you don’t miss the next one.
