It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom located just 10 minutes south of Sydney CBD. The apartment has an open plan layout with a total internal area of 84m2 and a north-facing balcony. I live here with my girlfriend and two other roommates who occupies the second bedroom and bathroom. Furniture and pieces are a combination of midcentury modern, contemporary, and Scandinavian. I combine both affordable pieces along with a few designer pieces which I got mostly secondhand. The color palette is mostly neutral (black and a little white) with warm wood tones (mostly oak), and greeneries. There are decor items that don't serve functional purposes, so to some, it might not qualify as minimalist. However, they help inspire me creatively and are visually pleasing, hence I have a few of them sprinkled throughout the space. They are meant to add personality and visual interest into the space.
