Cousins Baked Oatmeal: https://meganfoxunlocked.com/product/cousins-baked-oatmeal/ Buffalo Cauliflower: The flavor was good. Just didn’t love the texture. 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. paprika ¼ tsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. garlic powder Dash of salt and pepper A squeeze of lemon juice 1 ¼ c. buttermilk 1 full head of cauliflower Mix first 5 dry ingredients, then add the lemon juice and buttermilk. Mix into a sticky paste and toss chopped cauliflower florets in mixture. Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 400 ° Toss in buffalo sauce (3 tbsp. melted butter, ¾ c. hot sauce) and place in the air fryer again for 17 more minutes. Shake or stir halfway through. Serve with Ranch! Homemade Yogurt: 1 gallon milk 1 c. yogurt with live and active cultures ( you can save some from this batch for the next batch.) Maple syrup Vanilla In the evening, heat one gallon of milk on the stovetop in a Dutch oven on medium high heat until it reaches 180 ° Then turn the burner off and let it sit with the lid off til it cools to 115 ° (1.5 hours-ish) While you are waiting for your Dutch oven to cool, measure out a cup of yogurt with live and active cultures and set it on the counter to come to room temperature. When the milk in the Dutch oven reaches 115 ° whisk in the cup of yogurt, wrap the Dutch oven in a towel, and set in the oven overnight with the oven light on and the oven lid shut. (10-12 hours) In the morning remove the Dutch oven from the oven and set in the fridge to cool for 4 hours. Then strain yogurt in a straining bag for 1-3 hours, depending how thick you like it. I like the 3 hours. After that, you are done! Store in the fridge and sweeten a quart or two at a time. If you want, you can use an immersion blender to smooth it out even more. To sweeten my yogurt, I add to one quart of yogurt, ¼ c. maple syrup and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract.
