Koenigsegg have developed their own gearbox in house, with the lightning shift speeds of a dual clutch transmission but the weight and size saving of a single clutch gearbox and capable of coping with 1500nm torque! The Jesko has moved the game on for Koenigsegg beyond anything I had imagined. The newly developed engine with a new flat plane crank for the twin turbo charged V8 is now capable of developing 1600hp and Koenigsegg believes this will be one of if not the fastest globally homologated supercar...ever.
