The odopi is one of the wildest Dungeons and Dragons monsters out there. It is (obviously) an aberration and it is from the prison plane of Carceri. Originally printed in Dungeons and Dragons 3.5 for the Monster Manual 3, I have converted it into 5E D&D and now present it to you for your viewing horror. As far as Dungeons and Dragons monster lore goes, the odopi might take the cake. This thing is awesome, terrifying, and truly memorable. Everything a D&D monster should be.
