In this video I demonstrate how to troubleshoot and repair a household iron that was not working, Pegasus Sky model# Si0002 110v / 50Hz @ 1000w. This happened due to a deffective thermostat and a blown thermal fuse. The thermostat was replaced from a donor iron and the thermal fuse replaced also. This video demonstrate how to test the power cable, disassemble an iron, check heating element, thermostat switch, thermal fuse and how to test iron using a multimeter.
