When project contains lots of automation tests than it is hard to divide tests into different suits such that one can run certain tests only. Playwright provides great feature called tags such that one can run tests in the suits. User can tag each test based on browser, performance or functionality and run using the "grep" command. Also these tags get displayed on test report which helps to sort out the tests results. Apart from tags playwright supports Annotations as well which provides more details about results in the report. There could be multiple annotations or tags in each test. Also one can group the test and tag them. Conditions on this annotations are also supported. In this video we will discuss about 1.
