In today's video, we will see if Magnus got any stringer in his handstand push-up, but also if his climbing strength will give him a good starting point for the planche. Magnus Midtbø is a famous Norwegian rock climber and YouTuber. His strength is insane. It is interesting to see how his climbing strength translates to calisthenics strength, in this case the planche. The planche is also a great antagonist exercise for climbers, targeting the opposite muscles from what they usually use.
