I want to mention that what matters the most is your frequency. Every hack I gave including things like practicing gratitude, journaling, affirmations etc are all just TOOLS. These hacks are not something you need to over complicate by making it a daily routine in order to XYZ. You simply participate for the sake of FEELING GOOD-there is no pressure. Everything I have mentioned I practiced when I REMEMBER TO, WHEN I FELT CALLED TO. I did not force myself to stick to a ~routine~ or create an energy of *I have to do this meditation daily or I won't manifest* etc The truth is everything already exists and you've actually been manifesting since you were a child.
