Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey sit down with “Extra’s” Melvin Robert to talk “Queer,” the Luca Guadagnino adaptation of the William S. Burroughs novel. Craig stars as an American expat in 1950s Mexico City, who pursues a recently discharged young US Navy serviceman, played by Starkey. They dished on the dance training they did for one scene that sees them on an ayahuasca trip, with Daniel and Drew both sharing they’d never done anything like that before! Daniel also spoke why this is the role he’s been waiting for, reflecting that it was a privilege to play a character who is so complicated.
