Rami Malek and Laurence Fishburne sit down with “Extra” to talk about their new espionage drama “The Amateur.” Rami plays Charlie Heller, a CIA decoder who takes matters into his own hands when his supervisors refuse to take action after his wife is killed in a London terrorist attack. Rami, who is also a producer on the movie, says he never dreamed of leading an action flick, but he loves pushing himself and proving people wrong, just like his character. Both men also reflected on moments in their own lives when they’ve surprised themselves with what they are capable of. Plus, Rami shared his mom’s reaction to the movie! Laurence Fishburne also clarified that he doesn't feel “snubbed” after the ‘”Matrix” team didn’t respond to his offer to return as Morpheus in the fourth movie. “The Amateur” is out April 11.
