Today we tear down a 3.6L Chrysler Pentastar V6 Engine with a mere 120K from a 2018 Pacifica. These engines have a ton of problems with the rear head gasket, and often times it will end up ruining an engine. It's clear, that this engine was "serviced" in this area, quite poorly. Whoever worked on this engine, whether a dealer or an independent shop, did this engine ZERO favors So why do these have problems like this, specifically related to the Pacifica and not the other models with the same engine? Shoulda replaced that! 15:45 Crammin the cam cramps loose and removing the cramshafts on the front bank 17:34 Crackin' the headbolts loose on the front bank and lifting the head 18:58 PROVEN SCIENCE 19:07 Crammin' the cam cramps loose on the Rear bank, pulling cams and inspecting. Not great. 20:18 Crackin' the head bolts loose on the rear head, pulling the head and OH THATS BAD 21:14 WHO DID THIS? This is absolutely NOT what you do!
