An East London paedophile who sickeningly described raping a 12-year-old child as the "best sex ever" has been jailed. Barthimaus Ehiemere, 25, was sentenced to 22 years, which includes 18 in custody and four on extended licence, after being convicted of multiple child sex offences. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for life. Snaresbrook Crown Court heard how Ehiemere, of Chart Street, Hackney, had a "commercial interest in the sexual abuse of young teenage boys" and groomed children on Snapchat. He operated a social media channel where he groomed seven boys, raping two of them between 2019 and 2023. A total of 1,600 indecent images were also found on his phone, half of which were Category A.
