Mix thoroughly until sticky and well-combined. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each siomai wrapper and shape by hand. Arrange siomai in a steamer lined with wax paper or banana leaves. Steam over boiling water for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked. 🔹 Java Rice: In a pan, sauté minced garlic in annatto oil until golden brown. Add cooked rice and mix well. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper, and a bit of sugar (optional).
