Did you brush your teeth today? IIT-BHU Alumnus, Saurabh Bothra opens his TEDx Youth talk with a seemingly simple question. He goes on to highlight the importance of habits in our life, distinguishing between good and bad habits. Mr. Bothra speaks about the value of being consistent while developing a habit, drawing examples from his personal life, namely, his journey of becoming a renowned yoga instructor. A firm believer in the fact that barriers exist only in our mind, Saurabh Bothra ponders as to why bad habits are easy to develop, and why good habits seem harder to embrace. Comparing exercise with eating junk food, he speaks about the challenges one faces during their journey to form 'good' habits. He outlines the ease of developing a habit with 3 core tips on how to combat struggling with consistency. Saurabh Bothra, an IIT-BHU Alumnus, with over 12 years of experience, is also a TEDx speaker with a wealth of knowledge and experience in Yoga.
