So get the Pope ready, cause it's Roman Empire time. The new Italy in the newest HOI4 DLC, By Blood Alone got a lot of new features, but there is one ultimate one with a secret path. It's time to make the Papal States in HOI4, but with a twist! This Pope isn't stopping at Rome and Italy, this Pope will revive the Roman Empire and make a based Italy.
