To me, they sounded like they were just trying to appease the powers that be, but not showing serious and real consequences for Somalis that stole $10 billion of American taxpayers money. Until the Somali leaders show practical results of what they're saying by handing over the criminals from their community, wherever they may be and begin to PAY BACK THE MONEY, then they shouldn't be taken seriously.
