Balsamic Mushrooms INGREDIENTS: Balsamic Vinaigrette Melted Ghee Minced Garlic Chopped Fresh Thyme Sea Salt Black Pepper Whole Baby Portabella Mushrooms STEPS: Combine balsamic vinaigrette, ghee, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper Add mushrooms and toss until coated Place mushrooms on baking sheet Roast at 400° for 15-20 min. 2. Zucchini Pesto Pasta INGREDIENTS: Whole Zucchinis Pesto Sliced Red Onion Sliced Mushrooms Cherry Tomatos Minced Garlic Olive Oil Salt Black Pepper Crushed Red Pepper STEPS: Sauté garlic, onions, and mushrooms in oil until tender; set aside Spiralize zucchini to make noodles Heat pesto in pan Add spiralized zucchini and sauté 3-5 min Add the sauteed mushrooms/onions and cherry tomatos Toss frequently; season with salt and pepper4 Follow Me!
