But that doesn't make it any easier. The city in Pakistan’s Sindh province regularly suffers under temperatures of more than 45 degrees Celsius, sometimes over 50 degrees Celsius (113-122 degrees Fahrenheit). Workers in the market try to protect themselves from this extreme weather with head coverings. But they still have to work - there are bills to pay. The situation is made worse by a lack of proper infrastructure. Water supply problems and regular power outages make keeping cool a challenge.
