Dear Sewing Friends, this is a beginner friendly tutorial for a half circle skirt that you can make in 1 hour! Spring and summer is almost here, so you can make this to wear and enjoy! You will need 2 measurements to get started and some elastic. No zippers, no fuss, no π formula for sewing this SKIRT! Also, don't forget that you can use this to create a dress with a variety of skirts! Happy SEWING! FABRIC TO USE (don't limit yourself to these suggestions) - cotton, cotton blends, linen blends, rayon, chambray, twill and more! It is best, in my opinion, for your first time to use a stable fabric, so that it is easier for you to work with. Fabrics like silk or satin will look great but are difficult to work with if you have no experience.
