Microsoft is launching two new Surface devices — the Surface Pro 12 and the Surface Laptop 13. The new Surface Pro tablet comes with lots of design changes over the larger 13-inch Surface Pro 11. It is an Arm-powered device that is a spiritual successor to the even smaller Surface Go.
