Tacoma Looks Completely Different With This Roof Rack!

👋 In todays installation it' time to put a roof rack on the 4th generation Toyota Tacoma! One thing that I wasn't a huge fan of when I saw the truck was the lack of a rubber seal for the gap on the roof. My previous Tacomas had that which not only looked better, but kept the top of the truck cleaner. Now it's time to remove those plastic trim covers and install a roof rack! The is very simple and straight forward! First up is removing the trim pieces and take your time so that way you don't snap them and they can be reused if needed. After that, there are two holes per corner that need to be exposed. Then it's time to line up the roof rack sections and tighten the hardware down. This roof rack system can accomodate up to 160 pounds, so maybe not a roof top tent, but all the gear you have can go up there! This gives the truck a tougher look and aesthetically looks much better as well!
