This race is a MONSTER. This distance would be a new personal best in terms of distance - and likely time on trail as it covers 304 miles with 41,000 feet of climbing. Much of the course follows the Arizona Trail, AZT. I wasn't sure how that would work out given my level of preparedness. It would be entering new territory - literally and figuratively.
