Testing LEGO Tires on Various Surfaces

Testing 6 LEGO Technic tires on various surfaces, such as sand, glass, grass, etc. The main goal is to find out which tires are most suitable for a particular surface. For the test I use AWD car with 4 speed gearbox and central diff blocking mechanism, which I will also build in this video. I use a PS4 gamepad to control the car and use a digital scale as a measuring device. The final results are quite interesting, I think. When I had the idea to test LEGO tires, I thought there was nothing special here. Larger tire, larger contact patch, better results. But, I forgot about the weight of the tires... Surfaces: 1. Wood. Untreated 6-layer plywood. 2. Glass. 3. Grass. Artificial lawn, imitation of real grass. 4. Stones. River pebbles, 5-10 mm. 5. Sand.
