One of our most requested cocktails, The Aviation has been on our to-do list so long we thought we'd better do it twice!! This cocktail has experienced a bit of a resurgence lately, perhaps in part to Ryan Reynolds and his gin of the same name. Hugo Ensslin and Harry Craddock have similar versions of this cocktail in their legendary cocktail books so we decided to put them both to the test and discover once and for all, do blue (okay, bluey purple) drinks taste better?
