I'm sharing how to make cotton-like, fluffy cinnamon rolls step by step! Itβs moist, soft, and you can make it in easy steps and with simple ingredients you may already have in your pantry. Enjoy it with your choice of tangy cream cheese frosting or honey icing. Let me know if you tried it at home, and share with us how you enjoyed it for your special occasionβοΈπ π Ingredients For Cinnamon Rolls For 12 rolls The dough: β’ Whole milk (warm): 245 g (1 cup) β’ Active dry yeast: 7 g (2 1/4 tsp) β’ Granulated sugar: 50 g (1/4 cup) β’ Bread flour: 375 g (3 cups) *Follow the 3 tips at the end of the video when using all-purpose flour.* β’ Salt: 1 tsp β’ Egg: 50 g (1 egg) β’ Honey: 10 g (1/2 tbsp) β’ Unsalted butter (softened): 42 g (3 Tbsp) Roll it into a 10β x 20β rectangle. (25x50 cm) The Filling: β’ Light brown sugar: 100 g (1/2 cup) β’ Cinnamon powder: 1 Tbsp β’ Salt: 1/8 tsp β’ Unsalted butter (softened): 56 g (4 Tbsp) Brush on top: β’ Unsalted butter (melted): 14 g (1 Tbsp) Bake at 365Β°F (185Β°C) for 20-23 minutes, or until the surface is nicely browned. Adjust the baking time accordingly, depending on the oven. The Icing: (Pick from two options below!) Cream cheese icing β’ Cream cheese: 113 g (1/2 cup) β’ Powdered sugar: 60 g (1/2 cup) β’ Unsalted butter (softened): 28 g (2 tbsp) Simple sugar icing β’ Powdered sugar: 120 g (1 cup) β’ Honey: 20 g (1 Tbsp) β’ Milk: 22 g (1 1/2 Tbsp) NOTE: For best results, measure ingredients with a scale. All recipes are designed with weighed ingredients using grams/ounces.
