Warm, cozy, and the BEST way to use your leftover Thanksgiving turkey! 🦃✨ This creamy homemade Turkey Pot Pie is packed with tender turkey, veggies, and a golden flaky puff pastry top. It’s easy, comforting, and honestly… it tastes even BETTER the next day. 😍 Turkey Pot Pie Recipe - 1 stick butter (cut into pads) 1 large yellow onion (diced) 2 cloves garlic (minced) 1/2 c ap flour 4 c chicken stock 3 c cooked turkey (diced) 1 16 oz package peas and carrots (defrosted) 1/2 tsp rubbed sage 1 tsp dried thyme 2 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 c heavy cream 2 sheets puff pastry (cut into 1 inch x 2 inch rectangles) 1 egg 1 tbs water Preheat oven to 415 degrees Heat dutch oven over medium high heat and melt the butter Sauté the onion and garlic until onion is translucent (about 4 minutes) Reduce heat to medium low. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute Whisk in the chicken stock and turn back to medium high. Bring to a simmer Add the turkey, peas, carrots, sage, thyme, salt and pepper and fold all ingredients together.
